Haruka Sakura enrolls at the infamous Furin High and is determined to fight his way to the top of a school long feared for its delinquents. Instead, he discovers Wind Breaker, a group of students who protect the town. Reluctantly joining them, he teams up with Nirei Suo and Sugishita to keep the streets safe. But when Wind Breaker crosses paths with a rival gang which leaves Nirei gravely injured, Sakura is forced to confront the cost of his ambition.
