After World War II, the once-proud Ninja appeared to have faded into obscurity. Yet, it is said that 200,000 of them exist in secret, lurking in everyday life and around the world. Kuro Kumogakure is one such ninja and has been tasked with investigating an obscure organisation. And thus, he must call upon ninjutsu, wits and the latest technology in order to fulfil his mission.
