Everyone in the Hong Kong film industry has heard of Lil’ Kim. Seeming to know everything about filmmaking, he shows up on set, at movie premieres and press conferences. Yet, nobody knows who he really is and why he is present. Television producer Ginger Keung suspects he is a film critic who extorts film companies with potentially negative reviews. And so, she decides to zero in on Lil’ Kim and dig into his elusive past.
