In Los Angeles, a renowned shaman and her protégé meet with a family afflicted by a mysterious illness. Sensing a sinister evil, the shaman urges the relocation of an ancestral grave and brings in a geomancer and mortician to assist. Exhuming the body from its tomb, they must confront both supernatural forces and their own fears.
