One rainy night, the daughter of Police Inspector Yin Lok is found murdered. Investigations lead to an arrest; however, the young man is then released due to insufficient evidence. Soon after, several more women are found killed. Determined to prove the man’s guilt, Yin’s enquiries lead to a mentally disabled girl whom he suspects is key to securing a conviction.
